beautiful location but breakfast needs improvement

The vineyard views were amazing and created a serene backdrop for our stay. The gardens were immaculately maintained. Our suite was clean and comfortable. The pool view added an extra layer of relaxation.

The breakfast offerings could use some more variety and flavor.

Delightful and huge units with twin beds. Central heating, iron/ironing board, and TV were convenient. Very amiable hotel employees in the bar and poolside which would really add to the service...

Chateau les carrasses is fine, surrounded by umbrella pines and cypress trees. Our spacious room had magnificent views, and the gorgeous gardens were impeccably maintained. The staff welcomed us with a complimentary bottle of wine from the vineyard, a nice touch.

Our room was frankly boring with no decorations. The minimalistic breakfast basket lacked variety and flavor. It seemed like the hotel didn't put much effort into creating a cute atmosphere.

The breakfast basket was minimalistic, lacking any real variety, and my suite was just plain boring, ugh! I expected at least a complimentary snack or maybe even a small upgrade, but no, just like every other guest. I almost gave a good review but just couldn't, disappointing, my expectations were clearly too high here.

Just came back from a fam wedding here, and wow, what a perfect spot! The gardens were fine and the vibe was super chill. The staff were amazing. Enjoyed some tasty local wines at dinner, but breakfast could use a few more options. Definitely a slice of paradise!
